This looks like a permissions issue. You probably need to install the udev
rule and reconnect your HackRF.

I use HackRF with Linux Mint 32 bit Xcfe. I see following error each time
I typed

[ 180.320194] hackrf 1-1.2:1.0: SDR API is still slightly experimental
and functionality changes may follow
Please let me know how to correct.
